Lead Times
Our products may have an 8-12 week lead time. If you want to reduce your lead times to ensure you will receive the material when you need it, you must place the order with a 50% deposit and we will reserve the material for your order. There is a 25% restocking fee on all canceled orders. |

Samples
We will gladly send you a complimentary sample box containing color samples of the material, small samples of the accessories and a Product Guide (if requested). The Product Guide contains all our literature and installation instructions, and is always available online. |

Quotes
CBF will gladly assist in budgeting by providing a formal quote for your project. We can produce a quote from an estimated square foot surface coverage, or from the detailed needs of the specific project (including fabrication if needed). CBF does not do take offs or shop drawings; this is the responsibility of the client. |

Placing the Order
We prefer not to take orders through our web site. Please call anytime or to help speed the order process you may fill our Order Request Form online and we will contact you directly to complete the order. We require 100% payment before the order can ship. If the material is not in stock you may place a 50% deposit and we will reserve the next incoming shipment for your project. Lead times may be 8-12 weeks. |

Release Form
All customers must complete and return the release form. This form simply states that the customer is aware that the material must be installed per the installation instructions in order to validate the warranty. This form must be notarized and returned to us before the order will ship. |
Fabrication
CBF's cutting service can fabricate the panels per your specs. We cannot do the take--offs or shop drawings so we must be provided with the dimensions and quantities. We must receive full payment before fabrication will begin. |
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, or a company check may be mailed. If the material is in stock, and can be shipped immediately, we require payment in full before the material is shipped. If fabrication is needed full payment must be made before the fabrication will begin. |
Delivery
CBF is located in Louisville, KY and we ship to the entire country from this facility. The material is shipped by a common carrier, and the customer is responsible for unloading so arrangements must be made. Once received, the material must be stored under cover (preferably indoors), and with protective covering. The material must not be allowed to get damp while in stacks. |
